COVID-19 protocols for activities at the CITM
These protocols are subject to ongoing review. All teachers and students at the CITM must ensure compliance with them.
This section contains all the necessary information for registration on the official degree courses offered by the CITM. You can consult the preregistration and registration calendar, the documentation that you need to submit, the payment methods and the discounts that you may be eligible for.
You will have to preregister by means of the university preregistration process described on the website of the Government of Catalonia.

You can check the results of the university entrance tests using the Government of Catalonia's University Access Portal University Access Portal.
You can consult the assignment of places, which will be announced on the University Access Portal. You will also receive a notification from the Government of Catalonia with the assignment of your place.

If you have been assigned a place with us, you will be notified by an email from the CITM, confirming this assignment and the steps to follow to make the registration that you can consult in:
You will receive a call from the Academic Secretary's Office at the CITM to assign you a day and time to register.
You will have to activate your account at the UPC. After completing is completed, you can access the e-Secretary.
You will have to access the e-Secretary to review and/or update your data. It is essential to carry out this step before registering.
The e-Secretary is the virtual platform that you will have to use to access your records and all the academic formalities during your life at university. From here, you can review and amend your personal information and upload the photo for arranging your UPC card.If you have been assigned as a first choice, you can register now. You have to formalize it online (not in person) on the day and time that we assign you.

During the course we organize several Open Days where you can learn all the details of our official degrees as well as the facilities of our center. The Open Days are aimed at high school and CFGS students, their families, as well as secondary school teachers, tutors and counselors.

The first year of our degree courses, which have a study load of 60 ECTS, costs €6,360. The price per ECTS credit is €106.
Payment can be made using any of the following three methods, which you will have to choose on registration.
Direct debits. Before formalising your registration, you will need to enter the information necessary to arrange the direct debit of the payments through the eSecretaria (eSecretaria -> My details -> Bank accounts). Select the name of the payee, which must be CITM. A SEPA order document will be created, and it must be signed by both the student and the account holder.
Bank transfer. You will have 3 days to make the payment. This can be done at any bank branch using the bar code that appears on the printed registration form. After you have done this, send us the payment receipt to the following email: info.citm@citm.upc.edu
Direct debits. Before formalising your registration, you will need to enter the information necessary to arrange the direct debit of the payments through the eSecretaria (eSecretaria -> My details -> Bank accounts). Select the name of the payee, which must be CITM. A SEPA order document will be created, and it must be signed by both the student and the account holder.
The loan will be arranged with the financial institution, which will contact the student directly after registration has taken place.
Recipients: Students registering for a first and second cycle, bachelor's degree, master's degree, postgraduate or doctorate course at any university or teaching centre of the Catalan university system that is affiliated to the Agreement.

Students who when registering can prove that they are eligible for any of these exemptions and deductions will receive a reduction in the credit price. You can consult the specific cases in the following table:
